EZ Loan Protection
Withdrew funds of 30.00 from my checking account on December 12. I did not authorize this transaction. I would NEVER take a payday loan. I have a 25.00 overdraft protection fee now assessed

While checking my bank balance on December 17 I notcied a 30.00 fee assessed to my account and a check number that was out of sequence. When I contacted the bank they informed me that the company was called EZ Loans Protection. I informed them I had NEVER authorized this transaction.

The agent provided me with a phone number of 888-897-8045 and even tried to help me contact them. We got a recording saying thank you for contacting our corporate headquarter but we are closed. They then give you a website to go to of www.customerservicesection.com. Here you supposedly can file a form and they will respond to you. However the code they give you to allow you to send the form is bogus so no form can be sent.

I am currently battling cancer on three fronts. I cannot afford to shut down my checking account right now as many bills are paid automatically. These people need to be stopped.
