Unautherized withdrawel from my checking account

I had applied for a payday loan but changed my mind when I saw the interest charges Then I had an unautherized withdrawel from my account in the form af a bank graft It was ID Theft protection They said I ordered this service when I applied for the loan Give me a break what theives the only people I need protection from is them. They are liars and theives they caused me to have an overdraft fee of $32.00 and will not give me a refund. They are saying they cant find where they withdrew money from my accountTheir phone number was on the withdrawel thats the only way we me and my bank knew who did it. I am contacting the Mississippi Atorney General and let him know what they are doing to inocent people There are 100s of complaints for them from people like me.
