CCS - First National Credit
Ripoff do not know how to get my money back and close this account out

I was trying to restore my credit and I though that this was the perfect way to do that. I gave them $200 up front to get this credit card. A month and a half went by and then I noticed that two charges of $99 each were drafted out of my account.

Well I immediatly called them and they said that they would not credit my account (checking account that is). I was and still am furious. I almost bounded checks because of them.

When I first received the info and welcome package from them I declined to have the automatic bank draft. They are saying that they never received it and that is why my account got drafted. They gave me a $200 credit on the account, but that does not make up for the $200 that they took out of my account.

I am at a loss now, and do not know how to get my money back and close this account out. Can anyone help me?
