Starter Credit Direct drafted 99.00 from my checking account and intends to continue to draft 14.00 on a monthly basis, and I have no idea who they are! This action resulted in a negative account balance, which then resulted in charges for overdraft/nsf!!! Who are they? I realize I am just one of many victims of their theft/bank fraud and they need to be stopped!!! Who regulates them and why isn't there a correct contact number for them? I am being forced to close my account and open a new one!!! How can they continue this behavior and for how long can it go on, before someone who has the authority to put a stop to it, does just that!? Shame on them, for taking advantage of individuals who more than likely, are already struggling financially! Of course, with today's economy, who isn't?
