Money charged and no product received

Prevent. Bought a Sonicare, they delivered me a delivered notice, CHARGED my card so when I approached them per week later stating the advantages monitoring website didn't display an update, they explained to hold back 2 more times. I pushed them about the problem plus they accepted the product was backordered and wouldn't actually vessel until 14 days from today.
