The story is the same all over Is any thing being done about the fraudilant business emc does they post my payments late even though delivery confirmation proves them wrong they make people sign illegal adhesion contracts to reinstate loans They foreclose under circumstances created by them on purpose this has to stop can anyone help Are there any class action suits to join

I can tell you it doesnt happen Warn all to stay away from emc they will make you miserable they are still screwing me today My fight continues I have a lawyer working on this for me but even she can t get any answers
