We went with this company to negotiate the mortgage on our house which was in foreclosure. This company offered a 75% money back guarantee—stated in written contract—if they could not get the job done. The contract promises 75% back as long as the inability is not due to negligence of the client. We were considered negligent because we failed to LIE to the lenders—because we were HONEST AND TRUTHFUL they decided that we were negligent and not due a return of our money. I find this unfair and unjust. We did nothing wrong—
I thought I did my research on this place before handing them over our money. There were no complaints listed and they bragged about their B rating with the BBB. I am going to make sure this does not happen to anyone else who does a search on these people. They do not honor their contracts. Period.

All we want is the promised 75% back of our money. That's it. So buyer beware.
