EZ Loan Protection
Unauthorized Debit from my acct. $30.00

I was checking my bank acct yesterday (12/15/10) online and noticed a charge in the amount of $30.00 which I NEVER authorized. When I clicked on the check to view cit was from a company from EZ Loan Protection there was a nbr on the check (888-897-8045) which I tried calling numerous times, but the line was always busy. I also tried emailing the company and the security code was never the correct code entered to send the email. I was finally able to get a hold of someone and told them I never authorized this company to go into my acct and debit $30.00 without my persmission and how did they get my bank information anyway! I do not or NEVER had a EZ, Payday or any other loans. The woman I spoke with told me the refund would take 7-10 days to go back into my acct. I made sure I let her know DO NOT EVER debit my acct for any amount without my authorization and furthermore I NEVER signed up for any protection of any kind. She then proceeded to tell me about offers they currently have. The nerve!!
