Ripped me off!

I started over a year ago with these people thinking I was going to gethelp lowering my interest rates! How wrong I was, the only thing I got was late fees and bills that are now not paid on time! When I started with them everything I had was up to date and now everything is a big mess! I cannot get anyone on the phone and when I dial it tells me my # IS NOT ALOUD, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I have sent several emails and get no responce, I am now forced to close my checking account so that they cant remove any more of my money. They have still not dispurced my November payments and I have creditors calling me all day!!! I feel so stupid right now being taken by them...
