Ripoff took 299.00 out of my account and got nothing from them on a credit card like they promised they would

On or about, October 15. Superior credit card Compays Representative Called to say that I had been approved to be the resepient of a Credit Card, that there was a one time fee for life in the amount of $299.00 good for my life time with no further annual fee's. And that I would recieve my Package within 15 to 20 business days. They ask for my Checking Account information and subsequentially drafted the funds by aba wire from my checking account. I have called numberious times and but have recieved nothing but a tracking number and the run around. I want either my money refunded or thier promises to be fulfilled.
