Harassing phone calls

I reported about paypal many days before. The calls ceased for awhile, after I sent them-and again described my finances. Then following a month, I get calls from the 608 region rule, that we didn't reply since I didn't identify the amount. Then I googled the amount, established it had been GE money-bank, calling about my paypal account. They keep no concept. I obtain a ask my cell phone twice per week, today. I'm likely to prevent the amount then contact BBB. I am aware they need their cash, however many people can't pay once the collector wishes it. I understand GE lender doesn't care, however they must.
