Bill paying/harassment

I'd attempted to pay for my paypal card statement online through my paypal account. I'd completed it often before.in January my bill vanished off my paypal account and that I tried calling the client support amount twice to request where it went and just how did they need me to pay for. I had been placed on store for over twenty minutes equally occasions. But still no pleasure.

Today I'm receiving calls often each day from people seeking their cash. I questioned just how to spend and was informed to obtain a report bill. But still I get no fulfillment since the woman on telephone stated that was something which she couldn't do. And also the site that she offered me wont undergo. She wants her cash and explained that I had been late. Given, I understand I owe... But I wont spend within the telephone. It's not my problem they got my entry off my paypal account and left me hanging. I'll not spend to complete them a benefit, when they provide me no fulfillment. So what can be achieved about that lender and eBay and paypal?
