Upon submittal of mortgage deal towards the creditors mortgage specialist we shifted forward with this research. It's Jan 25th.

We were informed underwriting was "focusing on it".

We shifted and obtained all our assessments and got all our approvals. And got the vendors bank to agree all breaks and modifications to agreement. We posted all modifications to the bank. We're prepared to shut about the 20th.

Oh but delay;

Underwriting continues to be researching an evaluation that arrived in about the 13th of Feb. They still cant obtain the evaluation fixed/transformed to meet up their recommendations of getting 2 comps significantly less than six months old. The comps don't exist we let them know.

They cost people to get a minute appraisal. Stating when we do this subsequently all is likely to be okay.
