They accepted my money but didn't come close to doing their job correctly, Then blamed me

They took my money and did not get the job done right and blamed me. They claimed I took too much money out but if they had done their job properly What I took out would have been no problem. I finally had to transfer the remaining money elsewhere to save it from further losses. If they were as good at their job as they are about making up excuses and blaming me, then there would be no problem now.
