USA CREDIT 8006859354 WEB USA CREDIT charged my bank account WITHOUT my permission $149.95 and then BLAMED ME for the charges! Now, i am charged for an application fee that i didn't even apply for! Ridiculous!

I checked my Chase Bank account this AM to find that USA CREDIT had taken $149.95 out from my account. Again, this is an unauthorized charge! Before today i didn't even know who this company was!

I googled USA CREDIT 8006859354 and saw the massive amounts of complaints with the company. After waiting on hold for 20 mins for a rep from USA CREDIT. The very, very rude customer service rep told me blankly that i applied for this card and that i "have to pay for the charges no if's and's or but's" I was shocked in first how she talked to me but everytime i tried to talk i was cut off and blamed. I was told repeatadly "this is something you applied you, so this is something YOU wanted."

I am so upset, the rep told me, after 30 mins of arguing that my money will be refunded in 2 weeks. Of course, all the money except for a $35 application fee will be refunded to my account. No matter what i said the rep would still not refund the whole amount of $149.95. I have to pay for an application fee that i did not even apply for!

I am SO MAD! I am in the process of waiting for the charges to "go through" Chase has said that the charges are pending and i can't file any complaints untill the charges go all the way through so i am mad about that as well.

So regardless of anything whether Chase fixes this problem or USA CREDIT fixes this problem i still have to wait weeks to get the money back into my account. And with this time and economy i can't afford to be $150 short in my bank. OH! And not to mention that this caused my bank account to over draft, as of now Chase has not charged me for an overdraft fee, not yet at least. If Chase does charge me a $25 overdraft fees, including the $35 app fee that i am out i will be out $60 and i am NOT happy!

With all the complaints with this company someone needs to shut this place down. This is absolutely ridiculous. The CS rep wasn't even helpful, blaming the issue on me. The least the company could do is have respectful CS reps, i'm so upset. What else can we do??
