Worst bank ever!

This lender may be the toughest lender actually. Each goes out-of their method to discover possibilities to cost facility charges. I actually have three balances together, and that I have now been charged facility costs even if both of the next happened: 1. I'd profit my different balances to protect the costs and 2. I moved enough income in one account towards the additional consideration to protect the costs EXACTLY THE SAME evening the costs happened. I've named to protest about that to no avail. The final moment I named to protest about that, the client support consultant hung-up on me.

I'm shutting my balances and changing to some new lender ASAP.
