Process takes 30-90 days from enrollment (after paying fee - amount of fee was not disclosed). After making inquiries about the company, was passed to another rep. Who claimed company was Loan Modification Services based in Kingman Arizona. He attempted to obtain further information. After answering some generic questions and asking more, I was passed to third person who called the company Mortgage Payment Repair. I declined to give specific, further details and asked them to send information in writing by email. I am unsure at this time if the company is legitimate or not.
