How State Farm handles it's loyal customers and what you mean to them! {nothing}

When a break in happened at my grandmothers home I reported it A.S.A. P!!! Started taking Pictures and filling out forms. I noticed that the walls inside her home was wet and called State Farm again, State Farm finally sent an adjuster out to the home three weeks later!!! The man representing State Farm walked in looked around and told us "We don't do mold" to which I replied if you had been here in a reasonable amount of time there would have been no mold! The State Farm rep. Walked around and said we had a roof problem too caused from wind and hail! Now my grandmother ends up with two claims! State Farm had to resend their adjuster back out because he did not count the squares right on the roof! The house got wetter and I became very concerned about my Grandmothers health! I called State Farm many many many times, and begged them to please help me!!! I told them that my Grandmother is 88 years old and completely dependent on a pacemaker! The last thing she needed was to get pneumonia and if she did I would hold State Farm personally responsible! Grandmother ended up being taken to Mercy Hospital where it was discovered she did have pneumonia! My Grandmother was then taken to a skilled care unit where she could regain her health so she could go home. During all this I repeatedly called State Farm and was told first I didn't live with her! The United States census will show I do! Then a big discussion on ale which is additional living expenses and what they wanted from me! My Grandmother died on May the 11th just after being released from the skilled unit, she died from a heart attack, she just couldn't take it anymore, Grandma could not understand why State Farm would treat her this way after all the years (over 22) that she paid them!!! As of now the als has been cut off and a Mr. Miller at the Tulsa claim office told me hot water and a place to cook was a luxury not a necessity! Try telling that to D.H.S.!!! I do believe they would take and remove a child from your home without those luxuries! So here I am sitting in my Grandmothers house with no hot water and no gas to cook with! And because I raised a stink with State Farm they quit writing the checks the way they were and now they are written ti the estate of! I told them there was no estate but it does not matter to State Farm. So I sit here thinking of my Grandmother every day and trying to deal with the pain of losing her, and not being able to finish her home because I can't cash State Farms checks, and State Farm is fully aware of this! I have contacted the Insurance Commissioner of Oklahoma and the Attorney General, along with the President of State Farm! I have to spend money in order to go to court to have an executor named and the docket was full until next month! I Believe if State Farm had done there job right my Grandmother would still be alive! I would not recommend State Farm to anyone! State Farm is not my kind of "good neighbor" and never will be!!
