Lack of customer support

I've been getting 6 hours of graduate-level programs online. After I started these programs in July, I approached ACS and informed them I'd like for my student loan togo into deferrment or forebearance, whatever was greatest. I had been guaranteed by customer care this could be looked after. Per month later, I received observe that my student mortgage fee was overdue. I named and was guaranteed the only issue was that my college hadn't confirmed my work which it'd be studied care of. You know what? I simply received my statement for December also it claims that my student loan is overdue, and also the next thing is to contact all nationwide credit agencies that'll influence my credit score. After I named customer support nowadays, the machine was along and my consideration could not be utilized! This is actually the worst organization I've actually handled so far as customer care! Is there anybody who controls and sometimes even runs these businesses? May they simply run in whatever way they would like to and record that somebody isn't spending their expenses?
