Opening my checking account and repo fees

I changed my checking account to bank of america because of this my checks were sent to the wrong account. I did not recieve money until november 10th I mailed a check on that day in the morning to CCCU I called the CCCU to let them know that I had sent my payment and I was told that they would relay the message to Dorthy. My car was reposed on thursday I Had to pay three car notes my overdraft fee for a checking account that I dont even have. Then I had to come out of my pocket for 480.00 for the repo fee. The trunk of my car is broken and my engine light wont go off in my car. I feel that since it was the CCCU mistake I should have my checking account open with overdraft and I should be re inbursed for repo fees.
