Ripoff did not pay my insurance out of my escrow account Orlando

I found out in Feburary that I had no insurance on my house. They told me they did not have to pay insurance out of my escrow. I asked were is the money in my escrow acount going and they had no anwser. I was paying $177.4 a month in escrow and only $80. A month was for taxes and they had no answer for where the rest was going.
They tooked forced insurance from day one even though proof of insurance was with my loan. The insurance company sent them proof several times and they said the never recived it.

When I found out I faxed proof several times and they never received any of my faxes either.
I have had several call in to the company with no return phone call. When I do get to talk to someone they do not have an answer or give empty promises.

I have paid for forced insurance and they say it has all been refunded that they were wrong. But only part of it was refunded.

The months I did not have insurance was due to them not pay and telling me they were not responsible. I finally had to take it out and pay it myelf and they still donot have all the money to refund to me.

I was forced to refie for several reasons but mostly because I do not want them to have my loan. I am paying out of pocket insurane and penaltyies that are not my fault.

I had to pay over $4000 in pre pay penalties just to get out from under them. I am tired of fighting a loosing battle.
