Ripoff Bogus Billing Bogus Escrow Forcing Insurance Fake Service

Since my loan was taken by ocwen they have been nothing but a disgusting headache. First they failed to take the initiative to make sure both loans were billed at the same time and did not arrive so late that we had no time to pay.

Then they failed to do the same regarding the insurance that was on the property, they demanded proof although ocwen received it with the transfer of the loan. When i did send it to the address they said to send it to, it was returned as a bogus address. So i wasted more of my time trying to get ahold of them to find out where they "honestly" wanted me to send it.

Oddly enough after i sent the insurance info again to the different address, and complained about the bogus address, they did nothing to fix the address, or my insurance info, as demonstrated by ocwen several weeks later sending me another letter stating to send it to the same bogus address, they just gave some bull excuse.

So i contacted them again, and demanded a response that would clearly indicate that they received my information and that they updated my account. Only then would i feel like this might be over, untill...

I received my escrow statement months later, that indicated they were DOUBLING my escrow payment and increasing my overall loan payment in liu of this, and on the escrow account they deducted about $1000.00 for FORCED INSURANCE. I would also like to say that when ocwen was asked what the escrow payment was for, when they took over the loan, ocwen was not able to give an answer.

So now i have to waste more of my time and money battling this out with them. I am seeking a way to be released from ocwen without penalty.
