Rip Off Takes your money and does NOTHING for you

This company woos you with a fast talking salesman and what they are going to do to eliminate your tax problem with the IRS, takes your money out of your bank account, and then does nothing. He also tells you if you bring someone in, your tax problem will be handled for free. We signed up with them, they took money out of our account without our permission, then never contacted us again. Did the same thing with our referral. We had to contact them. They send you documents with other peoples' names and contact information, the turnover rate is astronomical, when someone quits, you have to resend your documents all over again. When you complain, they forward your banking information to the IRS! BEWARE!
They do not know what they are doing. Don't do business with these people.
