Unfamiliar $48.00 Credit Card Charge, Possible Fraudulent Charges

A charge of $48.00 has occurred on by credit card with Amazon.com/bill WA listed. We have no idea what this is about. It looks from my investigation there have been several such fraudulent charges. Should I cancel my account? Does someone have access to my card? Thanks for any help. [removed]
