Amazon opened a new account under att for me instead of expanding my contract. Now im stuck with a $760.00 bill from att

On sep. 4th 2008 I went on amazon.com and was looking at new cell phones well i found 2 that I wanted because I have a family plan. I went through and ordered them and did it as an extended family plan.

Now in december I found out from att that i have another account opened and I shouldn't I knew nothing about it until I tried to change something on my account and they told me I couldn't because I had a balance on another account.

I have went round and round with amazon and att and neither one is willing to do anything att is telling me to that I have to pay the bill and Amazon will not fix the problem that they started for me.

I dont feel that I should have to pay this bill for something that wasn't my mistake it was Amazon's mistake. I am looking at trying to sue amazon.com because they made this mistake and now they won't fix it and im stuck with this bill that is $760.00.

I been selling on amazon almost a month now i have 4010.01 amazon block my account and steal my mney
