In 11/11/10 I created a atm withdrawal at 07:57 am for 20.00. I still possess the bill and that I had 5.62 however in my own bill. Latter that evening I created another withdrawal which did over-draw my bill. I've named them-and they simply claim they'll not return me the charge for that 20.00 withdrawal simply because they article greatest to smallest which the cost is ligit. The individual oin the telephone was really rude so when I questioned her easily might keep in touch with another person she explained their was no body else to keep in touch with which she was the only real oerson to deal with this. She actually stated supervisors couldn't do something for me personally that just she might which she don't since she didn't notice something wrong. She stated she's more energy then your supervisors do! Therefore essentially BB&T took 35.00 from me with no one can help.
