Unlawful withdrawal

I observed a $950 withdrawal from my childis checking account, created on a single evening that people created a deposit for an almost similar quantity. I thought it could have now been a mistake within the cashing of ties we'd only finished, however it seems to be the pure ignorance of the Wellington department employees in Manassas, VA. A teller evidently wrote down my child's account number on somebodyis elseis withdrawal slip, subsequently withdrew the cash, not realizing the title about the consideration, or needing a trademark about the withdrawal slip, (3 errors to date). After I arrived in and requested to determine a picture of the withdrawal slide, the client support representative was so inefficient he actually couldn't differentiate between my checking and savings accounts. Whenever we eventually noticed the picture and noticed that the grave error have been created, the department supervisor sauntered over (he'd been hectic together with his Rim) and explained he could not do something about this till Mon (it had been a Friday) since the teller concerned had her videos under lock and key. They ultimately did recover the cash, but their arrogance and indifference is terrible. It was educational costs income we required and did not have over time for that cost. Obviously, you have to examine your balances cautiously since BB&T wont. And do not assume any degree of customer support to solve your issues.
