Excessive fees bogus late fees harassing by phone

As with all of the others, I too have been shafted by these theives. They are no better than loan sharks, in fact, we could probably get a better percentage rate from a loan shark!!!

I am hoping to have these SOBs paid off in the spring and then they can take their card and shove it as far up their you-know-whats as it will fit. If anyone knows of a class action suit against them, I would like any information available.
