I would just like to warn anyone who is thinking about getting a Cross Country Bank credit card (or doing any kind of business with them), DON'T DO IT!!! You'll be sorry, just like I was.

They have many different types of scams, and I would love more than anything to see them shut down. One thing they always did to me was, if I paid my bill at the beginning of the month, they would make another "minimum due" amount for the end of that same month. (They do that ON PURPOSE hoping that people won't have money at the end month.) Then, if you don't go online or don't notice that they require more due that month (they don't send you a bill until after it was due), then they'll add on late fees.

Also, I made one late payment and those bastards rasied my interest rate to 26.99%!!! Give me a break! I think that's even above the legal interest rate limit! Those bastards can take their card and shove it!

They also keep your limit low, that's so they can charge you over limit fees. Believe me, once they get done with all their fees, the balance WILL be over the limit! And if you want to raise your credit limit, guess what, there's a fee for that too. This company totally makes its money by screwing over other people. I don't know how they can sleep at night.

And if you have problems with your account, they don't even have a damn toll-free number. (I ask you, what credit card company doesn't have a toll-free number?!) Anyway, you could call them if you have a problem with your account but you may as well talk to the wall, you'll have the same amount of success. The customer service reps are total assholes — they would have to be to want to work for a place like that.

It is making more and more angry to think of all the interest and fees they charged me, but I eventually got the card paid off and cancelled their damn card. Those assholes can take their card and I would love to tell them where they can shove it!

(By the way, I am generally a very nice person, but I just HATE Cross Country Bank.) I would LOVE to see them be put out of business!!!

My advice to anyone considering doing business with Cross COuntry Bank: DON"T DO IT, BELIEVE ME!!!
