I went to notarized some document and they are showing me a piece of paper which should appear in all the copied document where they can sign. I am asking them how I can put this on the copied document and they are suggestion me to go the kinkos or do it by yourself now I am not a computer expert and decided to go kinkos and they are telling they cannot do this work, its not possible for them to do it. I went back and told the bank that the kinkos cannot it and I kept on asking how I should do it and they told thats the way it should be and there is no other option and above all he is telling me that they will do it without any charge... The Bank of America has worst service, thus I opened my account in Suntrust. I cannot understand with such a huge coproration they cannot keep one small stamp for the convience of the customer and the document which hardly takes 5 minute, instead of making such a big fuss... Worst customer service
