Automatic withdrawals from my bank account despite my termination of their services and change of my bank account

I was in dire need of additional funds to assist my family with emergency expenses. My brother lost his job, had no place to live and my daughter was laid off from her job and unable to provide necessities for my two grandchildren. I found the Payday Loan Resource Center and thought they would help; but they merely provided me with websites to find a loan. None of their so-called preferred lenders would help me and I requested the services to be terminated; however, they continue to withdraw $17.97 from my bank account every month, despite the fact that I have changed my bank account and have been assured by my bank that they would no longer be able to withdraw funds from my account. This company is a fraud and must cease to exist.
