First North American National Bank - Circuit City
First North American National Bank ripoff conveniently mismailed my statements and posted my payments 7-14 days after mailing

I've have major problems with First North American National Bank Visa for the past 6 months. They have conveniently mis-mailed my statements or not sent them at all I have no idea.in the past 6 months I have not received a statement from them. So, be honest how many people remember to pay a bill by the date if they don't have the statement in from of their eyes; I'm guessing not many. I've mailed out payments without statements with my account number on my check and a paper in an envelop for easier posting on their end. But that doesn't seem to happen. 7-14 days later they post my check and what would you know I'm late. Even if I mail it 10 days early I still get a late fee.

I have now cancelled my account with them, so lets see if they received my last payment and WHEN it's going to get posted. Since hello no statement and I mailed it with a note inside. I've probably paid at least an extra $200.00 that was their mistake that they NEVER own up to. I've called them and complained and do the late fees ever get taken off? NO! But, oh do they call me when I'm late because they haven't mailed me a statement. A day later they are on the phone.

I will never buy anything for Circuit City again. Cash or Credit they have lost my business and I've bought numberous things there and after this last purchase which was a GIFT for my parents 45th wedding anversary I'm done. What they don't realize is when you screw one person you screw all their family and friends too. Good bye Circuit City; Hello BESY BUY!
