UFS Thieves!

I started my agreement with this company around Oct to help get the interest rate on my credit cards lowered, which they surprisingly did. Since then it's been nothing but one headache after another. This company is a JOKE and a bunch of thieves!!!

Almost right away, 1 card they were supposed to be sending payments to never received payment, month after month. I FINALLY reached a customer service rep that seemed to figure out what was going on and all payments were caught up to the credit company. 2 months later, the same card would continue to fall behind. After calling YET AGAIN, all missing payments were posted to my account. Then both cards starting missing payments. I've called and called demanding to know what's going on and all they can do is read the discussions previous reps have noted on my account. I finally got a supervisor on the phone promising me calls back after he found where the payments were getting hung up in the system (apparently they had recently changed to a new system that was just as bad as the old one). I never received a call back, just the statement where 4 months of back payments had FINALLY been posted and it's a month behind AGAIN.

My credit cards are still calling me since payments still aren't being received (YET AGAIN) offering me more help than this INCOMPETENT company I pay monthly. UFS is ruining my credit worse than I ever could have by not contacting them. Do I have to hire a lawyer to get MY money back from since they aren't doing THEIR job? I am terminating my service before they ruin my life!!! If you really need help with Debit Management, contact the NFCC.org, even ask your creditors, but STAY AWAY FROM UFS!!!
