I sent in $49 to rush process my consumer preferred card and can't access the website. I'm reading all of these other usacomplaints.com and know now why I can't get ahold of anyone.

We all need to band together and go after these guys. They need to be punished. I work hard for my money and the extent of their work is licking stamps.

How many more people do they have to scam before someone steps up and says "NO MORE"!?!
