Do not buy a Peg Card. I was suspicious and only paid $19.95 to make sure they were real. As it turns out these virtual credit card numbers are completely fake. I paid through Paypal and won a dispute and got my money back. The seller would not respond to any emails or complaints so I filed the dispute. I also contacted Visa, they are in the process of cracking down on this person even before I called them to complain about the Visa fraud.
