Entered $ 63.45 on my Visa credit cardd for prepaid phone. I paid last Oct. For a year. Hardly ever use phone-no cell service in the town

Placed $63.45 charge in my Visa card. Feb. 12, without my knowledge. Have never heard of them. I pay once a year, and have paid last Oct. Hardly ever use cell phone because we don't have service in our town. Where did this company come from?
