We amended our auto policy on 12-28-09 and were promised a refund of $847.00 in about 7 days... After waiting and no refund received, and upon four inquiries, we were given four different answers as to when we could expect said refund. No one was able to provide any true answer and we still await the refund. Now the question is... Who benefits from the interest Auto Club earns from not only our $847.00 due, but any other refunds delayed unreasonably by Auto Club?
