Fair Lending Review / Modification Services
Told me to pay them 3500.00 and they would get me a loan modification

I had been contacted by Jim at FLR and was told that I qualify for a home loan modification. I told him that I didnot have the money to pay them and he told me to pay them in 2 installments instead of making my mortgage payments and they would get my home mortgage modified.
I paid them the 3500.00 that they requested and then sent them all the proper paperwork and forms that were needed. My case was then turned over to Tricia Hansen and from there I waited to hear from her.
After 2 months i finally got in touch with her and since my mortgage had been sold to another company as my original company went out of business she said that she had contacted my new mortgage company and they were not doing anything with the morgages aquired from my previous company until 1 November.
I waited and as of todays date Nov. 22, I have not heard from them at all and when I contacted my mortgage company and was told that they had not had any correspondence from FLR. I have tried to call numerous times and faxed letters to Tricia, I still have not heard from them. I feel that all they wanted to do was get my money and rip me off. If anyone else is out there do not use there services.
As of today my house has gone into foreclosure and I really do not know I will do if I loose my home
