This company is known for their aggressive and abusive nature in collecting debts.
They will call friends, family, coworkers, and who ever else the feel needs to know you are behind in your debt. They will discuss your case with all of them. When they find you they will call until you no longer answer the phone, then call the swithchboard and have you overhead paged in the hospital. They will show up at your work and harass you. THey will argue with you in the hall for coworkers to see.

I have tapes of Travis Johnson and his supervisor berating and acussing me and a lawyer of lying about him being a lawyer and the fair debt collection laws. They feel they are above the law and you are indebted to them. They call 24/7 and have no reguargs as to where you are at. My friend was in his death bead and Travis was asked not to call. He continued to call.
He threatened to shoot my German Shepard and it was shot by someone.
They have a agressive legal team know throughout Columbia Missouri as being the most corrupt company in the area. They will publish auction forclosures against property in newspapers that no one reads. They take property by force. A former employee told me this. I am still working with gathering information for the State to investigate all the above allegations.
This is a BAD COMPANY and if you want to know what it is to be abused emotionally, verbally or mentally then get a loan with this company. I am a professional trained in domestic abuse and they use all abusive tacticts that they can to collect debts.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. I owe $4700 after two years and this has another year on the loan. I am not working and I am struggling to pay this off. I hope I can keep the property. With their tactics this is going to be rough. I injured my back and the hospital I worked closed their special unit. So I am unemployed and disabled.
