Kevin Brooks Call and threatened to take me to court and be investigated over a loan that I never received. Unknown

I got a call at work from ACS and they immediately proceeded to threaten me with taking me to court unless I paid them over 2,000 dollars. They also said that they were sending an attorney to investigate me if I did not send over the fax forms they sent via my email (how they got my email is another matter)... I refused to continue the conversation, but later I returned the call, but they gave me the run around and would answer any of my questions pertaining to this so call loan. This has scam written all over it, my advice is change your email account and your bank accounts.
