I recently received a phone call on my cellphone by a foreigner that stated that I owed over 800 dollars on a 100 dollar payday loan that I took out last year, which I did not. He threatened me with saying if I did not pay this amount that I would be sent to court and then have to end up paying up thousands of dollars for court cost. When I asked what company I supposed to have borrowed the money from, he became very angry with me and would change the subject to what could happen to me.
I recently received an email from him stating that I was ignoring his phone calls and where was my payments.
I never took out a 100 dollar payday loan and feel very uncomfortable with this call and threat of court
