Loan modification

Went for a loan modification and was treated like crap for almost a year. I was lied to cursed at hung up on. I called to complain and was told what do you want us to do. I ask to speak with a manager 10xs never heard from no one

BOFA is not a company to do trust i took all my money out wrote a letter never got a response. They dont care about anything but there big pay checks. Plus they dont care about there guys fighting for us in iraq. They showed that by pulling the flags when a soldier was killed.
