Ripoff Sold merchandise as new and replaced it with used

I purchased a phone from Megagoods shown on their website as new. They ran out of the new and replaced it with a scratched up diry used phone and never notified me that they where going to do this. When I called to complain about it they had a nonchalant attidute about it saying "most people don't care"! The also do drop-ship and I had six outstanding orders for drop-ship.

It turned out they where going to do the same thing with a few of the other orders if I had not asked about it. These items where shown on the website as new! I had to cancell the orders and appologize to my angry customers. They told me ALL of their digital cameras are refurbed and for many of the cameras listed online there is no notification of that on the website listings.

They have offered to refund the money but I get the feeling this is common practice and they are banking on the fact that many people will be to lazy to return the merchandise after it arrives or that they will not notice! What a scam! Buyers and Retailers BEWARE!!!
