US Mortgage Bailout
Kept money for unrendered services

Business & Finance

This company is dispicable! They said they could help me get a re-mod on my mortgage. They also said the fee was $2995. & completely refundable if the bank wouldn't work with them.
They strung me along for 10 months saying all was well & they would have an answer very soon. But that wasn't the case. They mortgage company wouldn't work with them & never had any intentions to. So they kept this lie going the whole 10 months.

Finally they did send me a check for the $2995 & told me NOT to cash it because they thought they could still help me. Foolishly I listened to them and I waited.
They strung me along another 2 months, saying "it's being worked on" or to quote the employee's exact words, "you are my special project, I'm working on it everyday."

All of a sudden they dissappeared. They had stopped payment on the refund check. So not only am I out the $2995, I had to pay for their d*mn bounced check fee!!!
