Brad Marck Stole my money 90.75 and charged my charged my card

On Friday the September 3 me and my wife went to the offices of Progressive and AAA Insurance to obtain insurance for our vehicle we first applied with AAA Insurance and because my wife had a recent car accident we did not qualify with them, so the agent attending us Gregg Morgan offered us to go with Progressive and we agreed.

We were accepted and Gregg Morgan asked me for my banking account to try to secure payment, but this is were it goes wrong he tried twice to get payment from my banking institution and the computer had a problem and it denied at first the request, so Gregg Morgan said that He would not charge my account until October 3 for the first payment do of $57.00 and I said it was fine, in the mean time he asked us for cash and we did pay him $91.00, the charge came up to 90.75 those was given the cash was given to him in his hands and my wife witnessed it.

He said that he would send the cash payment to the main office and that the cash would stay in our personal file which he made that day. The only receipt I had was a print out saying that my banking information was taken and that a charge of 90.75 was taken, so he billed me twice without me knowing.

As Tuesday rolled around my bank informed me that there were insufficient funds to cover this particular transaction and I told them that I already had paid in cash. So he tried to get a second payment and it was denied by my bank. As a result of this my insurance was canceled for non-payment and I tried to recover my money but was unsuccessful doing that to this date this incident has not been resolved.
