I am ashamed to say that I have fallen victim of a scam... After receiving correspondence from Summit Alliance Group and talking to one of their representatives for 45 minuets I decided to give this company a try since I did meet their qualifications.in the beginning everything was good they would answer the phone, return my phone calls and were very informative whenever I had questions or concerns, but once they received payment from me (my $1,800 upfront fee) the tables started to turn.
Trying to get a hold of anyone at Summit Alliance Group became impossible, in the beginning the couple of times that I did get a hold of someone I was always told that they were having trouble receiving emails or having issues with their phone system, but not worry someone would be calling me soon with an update. Well it got to the point where they would not return phone calls, they would not respond to emails, the phone were always busy and I could not get through.
In talking with my mortgage company Summit Alliance Group had submitted paperwork to them a couple of days before my sale date but, there were a lot of documents missing, documents that I had provided to Summit Alliance Group my sale date was set for September 3rd as yes I did loose my home.
I was cheated, scammed and taken advantage of by Summit Alliance Group I still have not received any correspondence or a phone call from them in regards to my case status, better yet my REFUND. This is an unethical company taking advantage of consumers, they need to be report to the Better Business Bureau and they need to be stopped before other innocent victims are swindled out of their money!!!
