Took my money to do a loan modification and failed to follow through on it

I paid summit alliace group $1300 to do a loan modification on my house. They promised me that I fit into the guidelines required to do a loan mod and that they would bring my mortgage current and reduce my monthly payments. They even did just enough to string me along and make me feel that they were actually working on my account but only after I would call them and email them several times would I get a response. I found out 3 weeks ago that my house was listed in the paper with a foreclose saled date of Sept 16. When I tried calling Summit Alliance Group several times I would get no answer and would also get no replies to my emails. I started to work with another company at that point to try and save my house but by that time it was too late and now I lose my house tomorrow. I paid them money to do this service and I also followed their advice they gave me on not making payments til the process was complete and because of them I am losing my house.
