Every time I turn around I Have late Payments Charged, They don't check thier PO Box soon enough and that is one of the Excuses

I started out with another mortgage company and everdently it was sold to another company. I have been paying the mortgage every Month and I am every so often charged late fees. I assume that they think that I will over look. I am tired of it. I have hadthen to try and add insurance or Taxes added to my account also. I have tried get a loan ajjustment and am turned down. Now I find out that they are servicing Wells Fargo. I have several loans with wells Fargo and I have had no problems. But I have with this ACS.
