Promised Refunds but Never Delivered!

I was promised a full refund before I gave my money. Then they said it would partial refund if the deal was not done. After giving a huge amount of paperwork and over $1400, they never communicated to me. I had to contact them many times to get any info. Then their phones were dead. Still no info sent to me. After some research I finally contacted one of their officers and they said they went out of business but were making a deal with another company to help their clients. I was assured once again that my deal would close as promised. Then the new company contacted me and said they never did have a deal with M3. That was the last I heard of it. It's been months now and still no communication and no refunds. I have documentation where they promised me refunds. If anyone can help i would appreciate it!!
