Unauthorized charges

I have had two unauthorized charges to my Visa account for $38.19. I have no idea what this is for. I contacted EPG. The lady I talked to had a hard time getting my info. I had to repeat it several times. She asked for the first 6 digets & the last four digets of my card & said someone would be contacting me on the matter.
